In the footage, the couple appeared to be arguing before the woman suddenly grabbed a kitchen knife and started attacking her husband. She aimed for his head, causing serious injuries. The man tried to defend himself, but she kept attacking him. Blood was seen dripping from his head as he struggled to escape.
