Nigerian Senator Ifeanyi Ubah has died in London, United Kingdom. He was a senator representing Anambra South and a key member of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Ubah passed away in a hotel just two days after arriving in London.
Senator Ifeanyi Ubah was not only a politician but also a successful businessman. He was the CEO of Capital Oil (CCO), a company he started in 2001. This company became a major player in Nigeria's oil and gas industry. Ubah was known for his influence in both business and politics.

Ubah was married to Uchenna, who studied Business Administration at Ahmadu Bello University. They had five children together. Ubah was also known for his charitable work through the Ifeanyi Ubah Foundation.
In September 2022, Ubah narrowly escaped an assassination attempt. He was attacked by gunmen on his way to Nnewi in Enugwu-Ukwu, Anambra State. The attack resulted in the deaths of at least five people, including two policemen. Ubah survived because he was in a bulletproof vehicle.
