A woman from Nakonde left her house, abandoning her newborn baby, and disappeared. No one knows where she went.
Last year, she broke up with a Congolese man named Bokasi Tito, who had helped her grow her business. She then started dating a charming but unemployed Zambian man. Bokasi’s mother sold herbal remedies for various issues.
After her business grew, the woman dumped Bokasi in September and moved to Nakonde to date a Zambian man. Bokasi tried to contact her but couldn’t reach her, and people said she was marrying someone else. Bokasi mentioned that his mother would handle the situation and then left.
A week ago, the woman gave birth to a healthy baby girl, but the nurses seemed disturbed. After cleaning and dressing the baby, the woman recognized the baby’s face and claimed it looked like her ex-boyfriend’s mother. The nurses laughed, but she insisted she was serious.
